Our Team

Kathy is the Owner, President, and Founder of East End Resources. Having worked for a large IT staffing firm, she decided that “smaller is better” when it comes to working with clients and candidates - a more personal, high-touch approach leads to happier engagements on both sides, and she gets great satisfaction from making a great match. Kathy has a BA in English from St. John’s University, and her two grown daughters are her pride and joy.
amina Issah
Amina serves as a Senior Recruiting Specialist at East End Resources. She works with clients to source and screen candidates, as well as to coordinate and conduct interviews. Prior to joining East End Resources, Amina worked in human resources for a non-profit athletic center. She has a knack for finding a needle in a haystack and a passion for discovering amazing talent. Amina is a graduate of the SUNY College at Old Westbury and in her spare time loves traveling, cooking, reading, and watching documentaries.
